What is KAIZEN's Mission?
"Our mission is to create a supportive environment where aspiring young leaders of the next generation can gather. Here at KAIZEN, we address 5 pillars which are crucial to becoming unstoppable, fulfilled, ever-growing, and impactful. This is a standard that all brothers of KAIZEN are held to in exploring and optimizing these pillars.

THE KAIZEN IMPACT
KAIZEN is a group of young men whose main goal is to impact the community and society in many ways.

Some of our forms of impact are educating people, maintaining a positive attitude, giving back to our communities, creating a support system for young men alike, and just being a lighthouse for those who need or want it.
​
Each quarter, KAIZEN raises money within the group and from any other person or organization who would like to donate, and then gives back to the communities and society we live in. This can be anything from donating towards education to the youth, food drives, foster children, and many other programs we feel need an impact. We pick one group to impact each quarter to ensure we are helping the most amount of people we can and giving back wherever we can.

Donations are welcome, but we understand it can be financially difficult for some folks. A huge part of our impact is not only the money we raise and the things we can do with that money, but also positivity and support. We are more than happy to donate motivating, educational, or kind messages, disperse toys, or collaborate with others to impact our communities without a monetary donation. This world changes, one person at a time, one meaningful message at a time, and one community at a time. Your support matters.
